Delivery Information


All Ammo&Amor® orders are shipped using a carrier according to the delivery method you choose. Once your Ammo&Amor® order has been shipped by our Distribution Centre, you will receive a confirmation e-mail prior to completion of delivery. Note: Ammo&Amor® reserves the right to hold any order for security review. Affected customers will be notified.
Shipping costs are applied to each item purchased and will be calculated and displayed on your order according to the relevant destination of your order. Please note: Ammo&Amor® only delivers to the locations listed on the Website. Anywhere not listed will not be possible. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
Our UK delivery prices are as follows:

Standard Delivery (U.K.) £2.99
You will receive your order within 3-5 working days.
Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays (except Bank Holidays).
Our delivery service is quick and secure, and someone will need to sign for your delivery. If no-one is around to accept your delivery, our carrier will leave a card so you can arrange another time convenient to you.

Express Delivery (U.K. only) £4.95
All orders received by 5pm will be despatched on the same working day.
You will receive your order on the next working day. We are only able to offer an Express Delivery service to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands).

Our delivery service is quick and secure, and someone will need to sign for your delivery. If no-one is around to accept your delivery, our carrier will leave a card so you can arrange another time convenient to you.

International Standard Delivery (E.U.) £5.99
Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays (except Bank Holidays).
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24hours, however, please allow between 5-7 working days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT. VAT will be deducted if the delivery address is outside the EU.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Ammo&Amor® is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers may pay for these in full. Ammo&Amor® has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies may vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns


Standard Returns Policy

You may return new, unworn or unused products within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods, or an exchange if preferred.
Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene, this policy does not extend to underwear or other intimate items.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size only, however please be aware that we do not always have all sizes available, in these instances we will automatically issue you with a refund. Please note we do not refund your return postage costs in either instance.

Condition of returns

It is very important that any returned items are in their original condition; please note you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care of them and keep all original labels & packaging.


Was your item a gift for Christmas?

We are happy to say that we have extended our returns policy so that all items purchased in December 2012 can be returned up until the 31st January 2013.
We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that these return guidelines only apply to product purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.
Please note that if you receive a free promotional item in conjunction with a special offer, this must also be returned. But if you fancy keeping this we will refund you the cost of the original item/s and charge you for the gift. Any goods purchased on sale will not qualify for a refund but can however be exchanged for another item of equal value.

To Return

1. Please return products with your original order form within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. Make sure that you include the completed returns form inside your package and the return package is packed and sealed securely. You will find a self-adhesive returns address label on your delivery note. Please affix this to the outside of your returns package, ensuring that any other carrier labels are struck-through with a marker pen.
  • If you live in the UK, you will have to pay the cost of shipping yourself, however items found to be faulty will have the shipping cost refunded. You may wish to use a signature required service for your peace of mind, which can be provided by many carriers at an additional cost.
  • If you live outside the UK, you will have to pay the cost of shipping yourself, however items found to be faulty will have the shipping cost refunded.
  • When handing the parcel over to your chosen carrier, please choose a signature required service and retain the proof of posting slip.
2. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. In the unfortunate event that a parcel goes missing in transit, you will need a proof of posting slip as Ammo&Amor® cannot assume responsibility for items that do not arrive at the Returns Centre.
3. Please remember, we can only issue you with a refund if the returned product concerned is in reasonable condition.
4. Most of our products have swing-tickets attached which explain something specific about the item. Do not remove these swing-tickets. If they are found to have been removed, we will be unable to offer a refund.
5. Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.

Statutory Right to Cancel

If you are a UK or EU customer, in addition to our Returns and Exchange Policy, you have seven (7) working days (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) to cancel your purchase order under the Distance Selling Regulations.
These legal rights do not apply to non-EU customers.

Delivery Costs under the Distance Selling Regulations
a) Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will provide a full refund on the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge.
b) Where you fail to return the product(s) in question or you send them at our expense, or if our appointed courier collects the goods from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the direct costs incurred by us in collecting or returning the goods (other than where the goods have been sent to you in error or where such goods are faulty in which case, such costs shall be at our expense).
Where you exercise your right to cancel within 7 (seven) working days, you should return the goods to us as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note: if we have provided any services as part of the purchase (e.g. products made to order or gift wrapping) and we have begun to provide these services before you have exercised your right to cancel, we shall not reimburse the costs of such services.

How do I exercise my statutory right to cancel?
In order to exercise your right to cancel, please:
a) Send an email to customerservice@ammoandamor; or
b) Write to us at our address at the end of these terms;
Making it clear in your correspondence that you are giving notice to exercise your statutory right to cancel. Your email, letter or fax will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it (provided it is sent to the correct address and it is sufficiently clear that you are exercising your right to cancel). Please try and keep the confirmation of any fax, letter or email to demonstrate the date when you sent it.
