Product Information

Do you have a size chart?
Size charts can be found next to products on the Ammo&Amor® site.

Can you provide me with any further product information?
Ammo&Amor® try to offer as much information as possible about the styles. If you need any further information please email us at customerservice@ammoandamor.com and we will try to assist you. Please note we make every effort to ensure that our images properly represent our products. On some occasions, due to the difference in monitors, we cannot guarantee that the image shown on the website will accurately represent the true product colour.

If you cannot select/see the size you require then unfortunately we do not have the stock.

Ordering

What email communications will I receive after placing my order?
Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communications: Order Confirmation email – to confirm that your order has been received. Payment Received – to confirm that your payment has been processed by PayPal. Despatched email to confirm that your order has been despatched.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately no, once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend it.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has been submitted we are unable to amend the address.

Payment

How do I know my payment is secure?
We handle our payment processing in partnership with Stripe who are one of the biggest secure payment providers in the world. Our systems have been certified with Tier 1 PCI Compliance

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards.

When will I be charged?
Payment will immediately be charged to your account.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
Standard Delivery is currently £2.99 for orders under £60 and free for orders over £60. Express Delivery is available and offers a Next Day service (if ordered before 2pm) for £4.95 This is a Next Day Service providing your order has been placed before our 2pm cut-off time. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and includes: Saturday Delivery (order placed before 2pm on Friday). Unfortunately this service does not support orders addressed to the following postcodes, which will be delivered in two to three days: JE, GY, IM, HS2, PA61-PA75, PA78, ZE2-3, KW16-17, PH30, PH41-PH44

Where do you deliver?
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Standard delivery is available to all of the UK. Express Delivery (Next Day) is only possible for the mainland UK and does exclude some Scottish Highland postcodes. If you are unsure then please get in touch.

How will my order be delivered?
Both Standard and Express Deliveries are made by Royal Mail.

When will my order be delivered?
Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays) and Express Delivery is Next Day if ordered before 2pm when order Mon-Fri. Order placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday 2pm will be delivered Tuesday (Express Only).

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which contains a tracking number, so you can track your order on-line at www.track2.royalmail.co.uk or for Express Deliveries www.royalmail.com

What will happen if there is no one there to accept the delivery?
If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To collect/re-arrange the delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?
Should you wish to return a non-faulty item, unused and in a re-saleable condition, please return to us by post within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund to your account. We can only offer an exchange on the same product and colour.

Please Note: Return postage costs are at your own expense. If you return an item without the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and refunding your money. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded. We strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Swimwear and underwear must be returned to us unworn and in its original packaging. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

How do I return an item?
Your order will be delivered with a delivery note which will have the information you need to be able to return your goods to us. Please complete the details on the back of the form and state the reason for your return. Then please send to Returns Department, Ammo&Amor®, 38 Dawlish Road, Birmingham, B29-7AE, U.K.
Please not that return postage is at your own expense, and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches out warehouse. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process all refunds to your account as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse. This usually takes between 3-5 working days once we have received your return.

Can I return my order to my local Ammo&Amor® store or outlet?
Orders purchased on the Ammo&Amor® site cannot be returned to any Ammo&Amor® store.

What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
